📄 Driving Lesson Notice & Terms

1. Lesson Requirements

• Students must hold a valid driving permit or driver's license during all lessons.
• Students must bring their permit or license to each lesson.
• Lessons cannot be conducted if the student appears under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Appropriate footwear is required. Sandals, slippers, or heels are not recommended.

2. Safety Policy

• The instructor has full control of the lesson and may stop the lesson at any time for safety reasons.
• Students must follow all instructions given by the instructor.
• Cell phone use is not allowed during lessons unless necessary for emergencies.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows may result in the full lesson fee being charged.

4. Payment Policy

• Payment is due before or at the start of the lesson unless otherwise arranged.
• Packages and promotional fees are non-refundable once lessons begin.

5. Liability & Responsibility

• Students are responsible for following all traffic laws during the lesson.
• The school and instructor are not responsible for tickets, fines, or violations caused by the student.
• The school vehicle is fully insured in accordance with California state law.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

• All student information will be kept confidential and used only for scheduling and lesson purposes.
